This week we are being guided to recognize, allow, and embrace our emotions. As life often does mimic nature, think of yourself as a floodplain. As land that is normally dry becomes immersed under water for a period of time, when the water recedes, the land is left fertile and rich in nutrients. A space where things can grow new and thrive.
Although “Embracing” an overflow of emotions can often be uncomfortable, on the other side of this discomfort is a powerful spiritual expansion. A new type of understanding or knowing. Trust that your inner floodplains are being replenished, creating space for a deeper capacity of love, strength, balance, possibility, and prosperity to flow into your life.
Tears are cleansing! Whether they are happy, sad, or a bit of both, don’t hold back or judge, just let them flow. In this week of “Illumination“ the angels want you to know that those in the realm of spirit, your ancestors, angels, and guardians are close by! They are protecting and supporting you during this time of transition and expansion. They ask that you trust your heart and what you feel more than what you see or what you think.
Lean in to the love that is surrounding you. Look for the beauty within the pain and trust that even if you can’t see through the mist at this time, there is a beautiful new landscape waiting for you.
