“Love” is all around you. You are cherished and you are enough just as you are. There is nothing that you need to do to deserve this love! This is a time to cherish your loved ones and allow yourself to receive this love in return. It’s a time for deep self love and acceptance.

It’s a time for deep self love and acceptance.We all know that we are supposed to love ourselves, but oftentimes we find it easier to direct our love outward rather than inward. Do not let the beliefs of others dictate how you see yourself. If there were a truth that you knew to be an undoubtable absolute, would you be shaken if someone challenged that truth? Things that trigger us often arise when someone challenges a belief that we do not wholeheartedly stand behind, or we question it on some level. Why is it that accepting a compliment can be challenging, while we readily assume criticism?
It’s time to find the “Courage“ to truly love yourself. Shoulders back, chin up, and chest out! This may make you feel vulnerable, but in truth, it makes you powerful. If you need to, stand up for yourself or others. Courage doesn’t mean that you are fearless; acknowledge the fear and take action anyway. When you stand in your truth and in your full heart, you are unshakable!
