This week is all about being present, getting comfortable in the dark and with who you are right now in this very moment. It is a time of self care and self love, integrity and authenticity. Slow down and take care of you!
Our first card, “The Land Between,” is a card about change (this isn’t new change, we’ve been in this for a while) and speaks about standing at the threshold of what was, and what will be. But more than that it speaks about being okay in the unknown of what’s to come. Giving ourselves the time and space to recalibrate. Letting go of what was, preparing for what might be, while honoring who we are right now.
I would like to quote some of what Colette wrote about this card because I don’t think it could be said any better…
“You’re in a process of change. You know that you were called to it, and can no longer be who you were, but you aren’t sure what the next experience of your life will be. You are in between what was and what could be, in a “pupal“ stage, like during the metamorphosis of the caterpillar into the butterfly. However, you can’t just skip the messy parts; you have to endure the unknown and uncomfortable as you reinvent yourself.”
It’s important to get comfortable in this place in between. Taking this time to understand ourselves better and look at what we BELIEVE is possible. This is a lot, and it is not a time to push forward. It is a time for self care and reflection. As we shed the past, we might be feeling a bit naked. This can feel uncomfortable at first but again embrace this new skin.
The angels are also coming forward with the message that extreme self care is needed! (“Body and Soul”) They are encouraging you to put yourself first this week! This may make you feel uncomfortable or even selfish, but in reality, it is the most beautiful form of self love possible. You are showing yourself that YOU are worthy of all the love and care that you so freely give to others.
This is an important time and someday you will look back on this time with so much love, for it is the place where you were reborn.
